Where are you located? I am located in Farmington, NM. I do most of all my sessions in the Farmington area.
What types of Sessions do you do? I do mostly all types of Sessions: Family, Seniors, Children, Couples, Maternity, & Modeling. I also do Car Photography as well.

What are your Session prices? Please look under the Investment tab to view pricing.
Session times: I only do Sessions in the Evenings. Usually about an hour before sunset. Unless an earlier time is agreed on.
Do you travel outside of the Farmington Area? I am able to travel to the surrounding areas: Aztec, Kirtland, Bloomfield, Shiprock, and Durango. Areas outside of Farmington will include a Travel Charge.
Can I book a Session months in advance? Booking opens up at the end of the Month. For Example, Booking for October would start at the end of September. I do not book out more than a Month in advance.
How do I book a Session? Contact Nicole Bradley Photography on available Days & Times. Once a Day and Time is chosen, I will send you through email the Portrait Agreement to view and Session information.
Do I have to pay a Deposit at Booking? Booking deposits will be required for any One Day Mini Session Specials & on the Months of October, November, and December. Any other Months will not require any deposits at this time.
Do I have to sign a Portrait Agreement? Yes. I will not do any sessions without the Portrait Agreement. This will be signed at the session.
What types of Payments are accepted? Cash, Venmo, Cash App, and Paypal are accepted. Cash will be collected on the day of the Session. Venmo, Cash App and Paypal payments will need to be paid the day before the Session. *Update: All PAYPAL payments will now include a 0.03% tax. And ZELLE is no longer accepted.
What if I am showing signs of illness (Fever, Coughing, & any other signs of not feeling well…), Should I cancel? Yes, I highly suggest rescheduling the session until you or any of the Key Individuals are feeling better.
How does a wait-list work? When all my available days/times have been booked, I start a wait list. When my month is ‘All Booked’ (All available dates are taken), I’ll open up a wait list. This list is my go-to list in case of any session cancellations. If a session is cancelled, I will go down the list to see who would like to take the spot or if you’d like to pass it to the next person on the list. To keep it fair, I go down the list starting from the Top of the list. This list is a No Guarantee. Sometimes I don’t get cancellations. If I have a long list, there will be a 2 hour time limit on a response time before moving on to the next person on the list.
When are Session Confirmations sent out? Confirmations are sent out 1-2 days prior to the scheduled Session. At this time, I will get your chosen Farmington Location. If I do not receive a response or reply by 10:00 PM the day BEFORE the session. Session will be cancelled and you will have to schedule for another day. Any Sessions cancelled the DAY OF the session will be considered a Late Cancellation.
What if the weather is bad on the day of the scheduled Session? If the weather is bad, such as it’s raining, snowing, dusty and/or crazy windy; I will contact you earlier during the day to see what you would like to do. There is always the option of ‘waiting it out and seeing if the weather improves’. But in this case, we can try and reschedule the session.
What if I need to cancel? I ask for at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel. Please no last minute cancellations. Any cancellations that may occur as of late night before the session or the day of the session will result in a Last Minute Cancellation.
Last Minute Cancellations/No Shows: Last Minute Cancellations are any Cancellations that occurs the Night before a scheduled session to the Day of the scheduled session. More than 1 No show will result in the Photographer no longer able to work with the client. More than 2 last minute cancellations in a short time span may also result in the Photographer to no longer work with client. Any deposits that were paid will NOT be refunded.
What happens at the scheduled Session? We will meet at the chosen Farmington Location. The Portrait Agreement will be signed and payment will be collected. We will then work around the area. Regular Sessions take about 1 hour. Mini session times depend on the Special.
How long is the turnaround time? Images will be ready in 8 days from the Session date. Nicole Bradley Photography will select the top images.
Will my images be posted on the Nicole Bradley Photography Social Media sites (Facebook, Instagram, and Website)? I only post by Permission. If I am given permission, I post. If I am NOT given permission, I do NOT post.
My Images were posted on the Nicole Bradley Photography Facebook and Instagram (by permission of course), Can I share on my Personal Social media? Yes! Share with family and friends.
How do I receive my images? Images will be digital. You can download them on the Pixieset website. When your session is done and ready for download, I will email you your Pixieset Photo gallery link. Click the link and it will take you to your Photo gallery.
• The Photo Gallery is only up for: Mini Sessions: One Week / Regular Sessions: 2 Weeks. After this time, they will be expired and the link will no longer work. There is a $20 Fee for any Gallery Re-Uploads after Gallery Deletion.
What is the Pixieset Website? The Pixieset Website is a Popular Photographer Website. This is where you can view your gallery and download your gallery. Only you will be able to view them. Only you will be given a Gallery password and a Pin number to download any images. If you’d like to share your Gallery with Family and Friends so they can download, You can forward them the email that was sent to you.

How long are images stored? Nicole Bradley Photography only keeps images up to One year from the Session date. After 1 year, Images will be deleted. It is suggested after downloading your images to save all images to a Hard drive or to a USB.
